Job Description:
As a Financial Analyst at Artham Fintech, you will play a critical role in providing accurate financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate financial performance, trends, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and evaluation of business cases, investment opportunities, and financial feasibility studies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarks to provide insights on potential risks and opportunities in the financial landscape.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and financial analysis software.
