Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team at Artham Fintech. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic initiatives and improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the company’s financial health and identify areas for optimization.
- Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key findings and insights, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and scenarios to support business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance indicators, such as profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency, and propose strategies for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Support the preparation of business cases and investment proposals, including financial feasibility analysis and ROI calculations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data recording and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial statement analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are advantageous.
