Job Description: Business Development Manager

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize business growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing Artham Fintech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services and fintech products, with the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and partners.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
