We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Artham Fintech. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients and strategic partners to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to develop tailored solutions for clients and prospects.
  6. Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase our products/services and secure new business opportunities.
  7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents to potential clients.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize business growth.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador by representing Artham Fintech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the fintech industry.
  2. Strong understanding of financial services and fintech products, with the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and partners.
  4. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  6. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
